The client's sales team was capturing leads from multiple channels, including their website, email, and referrals, but had no consistent way to prioritize them or ensure timely follow-up. High-value leads were sometimes contacted days later, by which point interest had cooled.
Zavior Technologies delivered an AI lead management and CRM automation platform built around:
- Lead Capture: Automated intake from web forms and email into a single pipeline, removing manual data entry.
- Lead Scoring: AI-based scoring of incoming leads by behavior and fit, helping the sales team prioritize outreach.
- AI Chatbot: A chatbot handling initial qualifying questions before handing warm leads to a sales rep.
- Automated Email Workflows: Timed follow-up sequences triggered automatically based on lead status and engagement.
- Sales Pipeline and Follow-Up Reminders: A structured pipeline view integrated with Odoo CRM, with reminders so no lead is left unattended.
- Reporting Dashboard: A consolidated view of lead volume, conversion by source, and rep response times.
