CabinMinutes – Cab Booking System (Australia)

The client relied on phone calls and a manual dispatch board, leading to missed bookings, long wait times, and customer dissatisfaction. They wanted a digital solution that would allow customers to book, track, and pay via their smartphones.

We built a Progressive Web App (PWA) on WordPress with customizations:

• Mobile-First UX: A streamlined booking flow optimized for touch, with auto-complete address fields and real-time fare estimates using Google Maps Distance Matrix API.
• Driver Allocation: Admin panel to assign drivers, track vehicle availability, and send automatic SMS alerts to customers.
• Stripe Integration: Secure online payments with support for credit cards and digital wallets, plus automatic invoicing.
• Real-Time Tracking: Customers can see their driver's ETA on a map after booking.
• Offline Capability: PWA features allow the app to work on flaky connections and send booking data when back online.

The platform has transformed the business: bookings increased by 300% within six months, no-show rates dropped due to pre-payments, and driver utilization improved by 25%. The client has since expanded to two additional cities.
