Project Overview
The client helps companies transition to circular economy models. They needed a way to ingest operational data from clients' ERPs and apply AI models to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
We built a two-layer solution:
- Data Layer: Odoo instances for each client (or integration with their existing ERP) to collect production, inventory, and waste data.
- AI Layer (FastAPI): Python microservices that run predictive models (Azure Machine Learning) to forecast waste generation, detect anomalies, and suggest process improvements.
- React Dashboard: Interactive interface for clients to view their circularity metrics, compare against benchmarks, and receive AI-generated recommendations.
- ESG Reporting: Automated generation of reports aligned with GRI and SASB standards.
The platform has been adopted by 10 manufacturing clients. On average, they've reduced waste by 15% and improved material efficiency by 12%. The sustainability firm has used these results to secure additional funding and expand their team.
