Project Overview
The agency struggled with manual reporting for each client, pulling data from Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM into Excel. This consumed hours every week and delayed insights.
We implemented n8n workflows:
- Data Aggregation: Scheduled workflows fetch ad performance, website traffic, and lead data from APIs and store in Google Sheets.
- CRM Integration: New leads from Facebook Lead Ads are automatically created in Odoo, tagged by campaign, and enrolled in email sequences.
- Personalized Email: Based on lead behavior (e.g., visited pricing page), an n8n workflow triggers a tailored follow-up email via SMTP.
- Client Dashboards: Google Data Studio pulls from the aggregated sheets to provide real-time, interactive dashboards that clients can access anytime.
- Error Handling: Alerts sent to Slack if any data fetch fails.
The agency now delivers daily updated dashboards to all clients, enhancing transparency and trust. Internal reporting time dropped by 80%, allowing the team to focus on strategy and campaign optimization.
