Zero Waste Industrial ERP

The client manages a large recycling facility that collects industrial waste from factories, processes it, and sells recycled raw materials. They needed a system to track each batch from source to end customer, measure environmental impact, and provide auditable reports for donors and regulators.

• Sales & Invoicing: Automated pricing based on market rates and customer contracts.
• Sustainability Dashboards: Power BI reports showing CO2 savings, energy recovered, and waste diverted from landfill, aligned with UN SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption) and SDG 13 (Climate Action).

The solution enabled the organization to provide transparent impact reports to their funding partners, leading to a 40% increase in grant funding.
